Decisions is owned and operated by Terry and Leigh Ann Gill.  Our primary business is off-site catering. Terry is a professional chef who previously worked as the Sous Chef at the Glen Iris Inn located in Letchworth State Park, Portageville, NY.  Later, he was employed as the Executive Chef at the Hillside Inn in Wyoming, NY. Most recently, before starting Decisions Catering, he worked for the Aramark Corporation as the District and Executive Chef at the Bausch and Lomb World Headquarters account in Rochester, NY.

We have some menu ideas listed (to view them click on the links on the left of the page).  Terry can also work with you to customize your menu, whether it be a full meal and all the trimmings or just the items you don’t want to cook yourself!
